I would appreciate it if you shared the attached with anyone who is in the industry and is sufficiently expert that they can advise on issues that have a precedent. The role is full-time and ongoing but I am open to other combinations. At a minimum I need 7 days a fortnight and be prepared to go into the 530 Collins Street, Melbourne office at least 50% of their hours, e.g. if they work 7 days a fortnight, I would expect 7 days a month in the office.

The IMA will be a subject matter expert in records and information management at the VEC. This role will primarily be responsible for: establishing and promoting physical records management best practice, using AvePoint Cloud Records; refining and completing a disposal program for the legal destruction and archiving of VEC temporary information; assisting in the preparation of preparing permanent information for transfer, including consulting with key VEC officers and the Public Record Office of Victoria (PROV); and involved in the implementation of a digitisation program to introduce and promote business process improvement(s) including conversion of source information.

The role will promote good provide expert information management and EDRMS advice practices to VEC officers, and I&KM.
