Join us for a free seminar at the National Archives of Australia’s WA Office.



Unsettled lives: love, home and family in the time of the White Australia Policy.



Non-British migrants could be barred from entering Australia in the early 20th century. Those who were already here were subject to tough restrictions.

Join us as we explore the histories of people who lived, loved, worked and made homes in Australia, and see original records from the National Archives’ collection that provide a lasting legacy of their experiences.
