Hi,

If you are in the Geelong area, and feeling a bit isolated by online study, you may be interested in going along to the group in the Geelong Regional Library Service to study with others in the same spot.

(I think that somebody in one of my units mentioned something similar in their local library? Or maybe it was this one? Anyhow, if you are part of a similar group and would like to share information about it via hum-dis, please feel free).

Cheers,

Kathryn Greenhill

Subject: Geelong, Victoria LIS study group for online students

Greetings everyone
I thought I would distribute this to everyone in case you have students in the Geelong Victoria region. Great for some of our online students and lovely for her to organise.

If you live in Geelong and would like to meet up occasionally with others studying online Suzanne Cronin of the Geelong Regional Library Service has organised a regular meet up at the library.

A great way to work with others and to diminish that sense of isolation from studying alone.

If you want more details please contact
