The IM Systems Administrator provides front-end system administration, training and end-user support for Manningham City Council’s electronic Document Records Management System (eDRMS), HP Records Manager (TRIM).

This role is key in delivering and achieving consistent, efficient, compliant and effective information management practice across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have:
·         relevant tertiary qualification and/or lesser qualification level with relevant work experience in similar role
·         strong experience in HP Records Manager (HPRM/TRIM) administration and maintenance
·         strong experience in HP Records Manager (HPRM/TRIM) and proven ability to train staff in its use
·         knowledge of best practice and relevant legislation, relating to information and records management within the public sector
·         excellent customer service skills with the proven ability to initiate and implement practice improvements for the betterment of the service
·         ability to gain cooperation and work collaboratively across the MCC functions to achieve results and resolve issues in relation to integrated systems
·         well-developed knowledge and ability to initiate and assist in the development of practical solutions to systems administration issues.
·         exposure to ITIL framework is advantageous.
