Library Clerk



(Casual Position)

Located 10km from the Perth CBD, the City has a population of over 101,000 and covers an area of 65 sq. km.   We are a changing, progressive and caring Council with a strong set of values that underpin the way we work with each other and the community we serve.



The Position



Participate as part of the clerical support team in maintaining efficient, courteous and pleasant public library services.



Key areas of accountability for this position will include;

•         Contribute to the provision of an efficient, accurate circulation service, through participation in circulation desk duties, as required, and the shelving and tidying of stock; and

•         Assist in the development and dissemination of library promotions to the public.

Salary: $30.69 - $35.46 per hour plus 25% loading (dependent on experience and qualifications) plus superannuation (age levels apply).
