Hello Pauline!

I meant to catch up with you at the RIMPA conference on Monday but missed you - but now I have a question for you that you may be able to assist us with.

We are currently requiring a Level 1 records Officer on a short term contract until November 18th
Role would include:

·         Assisting with mail management; processing documents and correspondence; general information management and the provision of  administrative and clerical functions.

·         Customer Service / Liaison

·         Attending to general enquiries and record requests for clients.

·         Providing customer support as directed by supervisors.

·         Creating new hard copy folders.

·         Creating new case files and volumes on the records management system.

·         Scanning and registering correspondence and documentation as required.

·         Entering data on TRIM and / or other Departmental systems as appropriate.

·         Assisting in processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.

·         Assisting in file receipt, storage, retrieval, disposal and general maintenance.

We are a large friendly branch in the CBD and thought perhaps you would have some students that may wish to apply for this short term experience?
