The City of Wanneroo requires a librarian (either qualified or nearing completion) for a six-month maternity leave placement at Girrawheen Library commencing August 11th 2012.
The Girrawheen Library services families and the aged from diverse multi-cultural communities.
The position of Assistant Branch Librarians  includes responsibility for:

*         Assisting the Branch manager

*         Outreach and branch programs including storytime, rhymetime and school holiday events

*         Contribution to the selection, maintenance and development of library collections

*         Supervision of staff operational duties
