Two of the WA speakers at inforum 2011 in Darwin are re-delivering their
presentations in their home state

WA Breakfast Seminar, 7am to 10am

Tuesday 18 October at Kings Perth Hotel

TRIMming the objections to change
Presented by Debbie Cutts

Fremantle Ports approached its upgrade of its EDRMS as a people driven
project rather than a technology one. Positive change management
strategies were implemented to gain that all important user buy-in. If
end users understand "what's in it for them" they are more likely to
choose your EDRMS as their preferred storage location. This presentation
will demonstrate how using Best Practice change management techniques
will lead to cultural change.

Surviving Backscanning
Presented by Julie Coxall
Using the case of Armadale City Council, this speech includes lessons
learned so far and the essential planning required up front to run a
successful long term 'back scan' project for building applications.
