The Water Corporation is currently advertising 2 positions on Seek 

 

Senior Document Management Officer 
Parental leave cover to April 2012      0.4 FTE - Thursday and Fridays 
  
Records are looking for a Senior Document and Records Management Officer
to be part of the team delivering document and file management services,
facilitating good record keeping practices and legislative
accountability. Your duties are to support the Document Management
Analyst to ensure corporate document management standards are applied
and to register and process Ministerial documents and Priority One
correspondence within required time-frames.

  
There will be regular quality checking of data entry standards on
aquaDOC and liaising with clients with regard to; Document Naming
Conventions, Document Type metadata and appropriate content in personal
Workgroup Pending files. Using MS Excel and MS Word and extracting data
from aquaDOC and corporate file shares, you will collate and prepare
aquaDOC Audit Reports for presentation to Team Lead.

  
This is a role that requires a conscientious person capable of working
effectively as part of a service delivery team.  Good written and verbal
communication skills are required and experience in dealing with clients
is an advantage. Ideally, you'll have information, records or electronic
document management system experience, and an understanding of document
naming conventions and file titling based on Keyword AAA.  However,
recent graduates or people seeking a career in Records Management are
also invited to apply.

Document Management Team Leader 
10 Week - Acting Opportunity commencing 27th June to 2nd September 2011.


This acting role is to manage an operational team delivering quality
records and document management services utilising a recently deployed
electronic records and document management system. As Team Leader you
will be responsible for providing RM/DM advice, assistance and
consultancy services to clients statewide.

Key Responsibilities: 
*Coordinate the delivery of efficient and effective Record Management
and Document Management services by supervising the activities of
operations staff.

*Set priorities to ensure efficient RM/DM system operation, monitor
service and manage Key Performance Indicators, identifying trends and
implement service improvements

*Optimise the management, development and deployment of people to ensure
the Team has the capability to deliver the required business outcomes
