[Hum-DIS] Info Studies Research Seminars, Semester 2, 2011

Dear students

 

Each year, the Department of  Information Studies holds a series of
research seminars continues and those for 2nd semester 2011 will be on
Monday 29th August and Monday 10th October 2011,  commencing at 4.30
p.m. They will be held in bldg 209 room 214, the Humanities Board Room,
on Curtin Bentley campus.   Some of our coursework students  may wish to
attend and learn about the research projects that your fellow students
are undertaking. It is also a friendly opportunity to network with staff
and fellow students.  Perhaps you might let me know if you plan to
attend in case we are swamped J

 

Our August 29 meeting will be less formal than others, although there
will be one presentation by Gaby Haddow outlining some of the work that
one of her students, Sara Jane Saravani,  has done.
