Entry level role with opportunity for growth - Sydney CBD

This role is with a well known bank. They are currently looking for an
enthusiastic Document and Records Administrator to join their
information services team. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with
tertiary qualifications who is starting their career.

This role is responsible for assisting in administering and maintaining
the document management system, including:

*	adding new users 
*	periodically deleting files and folders 
*	creating security groups and setting permissions 
*	adding, changing or deleting metadata values 
*	training new starters   
*	helping administer the offsite records storage account and
processes

As this is a team based role you will be encouraged to continuously seek
opportunities to improve and enhance operational processes in the EDRMS
space and share ideas, knowledge and issues.

To be considered you will need - 

*	Degree or diploma ideally majoring in Records Management
Understanding and practical knowledge of Document and Records Management
best practice 
*	Practical application of Document Management (operational
support) 
*	Financial services industry experience preferable 
*	Experience in some or all of the following: Microsoft Office
products, particularly Word and Excel; Online systems and EDRMS systems
