Officer

LandCorp, the Western Australian Government's land and property
developer, is looking for a person with some library or recordkeeping
experience (students are encouraged to apply) to occupy the position of
Information Services Officer in our Perth Office.

The position is responsible for providing a customer focussed
information service to staff that includes managing a small library and
providing some records management services. 

Duties include:

*       Developing, controlling and maintaining a small technical
resource centre including the legal deposit

*       Updating information on library materials on our Objective EDMS

*       Marketing of the information service

*       Arranging internal loans and inter-library loans

*       Assisting with the development of electronic information sources
including the intranet

*       Sourcing information in response to reference, research and
general enquiries

*       Assisting with the management of LandCorp records using our
Objective EDMS

At this stage the position is for 3 days per week and the hourly rate is
$26 - $28.
