improving the quality of life for people with rare diseases. 

 

In this ongoing, full-time role as Archivist, you will be part of an
energetic team responsible for caring for CSL's corporate records. Your
strong interpersonal and communication skills will come into play as you
provide advice and training for CSL staff in archives and records
management procedures. You will draw on your excellent organisational
skills and your experience developing and promulgating retention
schedules particularly within the legal research framework. You will
assist with appraisal and processing of records as well as providing
research and reference services to CSL staff and approved external
clients. 

 

With a post-graduate qualification in Archives and Record Management,
you will be confident managing the annual disposal review and subsequent
authorised secure destruction of company records. You will also assist
with the administration of retention schedules and archives-related
workflows within CSL's chosen EDRMS. Previous experience at
administrator level with EDRMS is essential.
