[Hum-DIS] Invitation to special lecture

Dear students,

I am having a 'special' lecture for tomorrow's (Wednesday) Collection
Management class and I thought there might be some others who are
interested in attending.

The lecture will be given jointly by Dr Marie-Louise Ayres and Ms Emma
Jolley, both from the National Library of Australia. Marie-Louise is
Curator of Manuscripts and Emma is Senior Archivist. They will be
talking about the many challenges and issues faced in these roles, and
although the presentation will have a 'collections' focussed it should
have a much wider interest.

The lecture will take place at 9am in Building 204, Room 233, and will
be finished by 10am. So please come along and join us for what should be
a fascinating insight into work at the nation's foremost collecting
library.
