I would like to draw your attention to the following advertisement that
will be appearing in the West Australian newspaper on Saturday 23rd June
2007.

Curtin University Library 

Library Technician

A vacancy exists for a Library Technician, initially in the Resources
and Access Unit. The position is full-time and continuing and will
contribute to client access to information by developing and maintaining
the library catalogue and by facilitating the acquisition of electronic
and print subscriptions. 

Library Technicians are employed in several other key areas of the
Library including enquiry, lending, monograph acquisitions, reserve,
document delivery, archive services and branch libraries. 
All Library Technicians are expected to provide excellent client
service.

The salary is $42,534 - $50,670
