REGIONAL ARCHIVE OFFICER

The Bendigo Regional Archive Centre (BRAC) is seeking the services of a dynamic and energetic Officer to provide reference and information services to clients of the BRAC and Goldfields Library Corporation. This position will report to the Senior Manager, Goldfields Library Corporation, City of Greater Bendigo region.

The Bendigo Regional Archive Centre Officer is a newly created position and will support the Centre's role in the coordination and delivery of archival documents to the community. This includes responsibility for the development and management of the transfer and accessioning of public records, records access management, coordination of reference services and production of other archival and supporting documentation.

This newly created position will be co-located within the Goldfields Research Centre at the Bendigo Library. The primary objective of the position is to support the operational requirements of the BRAC. However, there will also be similar duties to support the operational requirements of Goldfields Research Centre.

This position is a job share position available for two suitable candidates.
