Dear All
A reminder about the Professor Craig McGarty's presentation at ECU Mt Lawley tomorrow (Wednesday March 4) evening at 6.00 for 6.30pm on March 4 at ECU Mt Lawley. This exciting talk is entitled

Rottnest Island as Black Prison and White Playground: Psychology meets history on the path to Reconciliation

and presents an innovative project led by Indigenous documentary film maker and academic Glen Stasiuk and mentored by Len Collard, Craig McGarty and Kathryn Trees that will use Wadjemup, (as Rottnest Island is known to its traditional Nyungar owners) as a site for exploring the prospects and pitfalls of Reconciliation in Australia.
The seminar has been endorsed by the Australian Psychological Society as an official Professional Development event for the College of Community Psychologists.

Further information and a map of ECU Mt Lawley is attached.

Please feel free to forward this invitation to any of your networks - everyone is welcome.

I look forward to seeing you there.

  Kind regards

  Anne Sibbel
