[MCASIlaris] 4th LARIS Talk Series session: Translating Your Transferable Skills and Studies into a High-Impact Resume

Dear LARIS students,

I hope you’re doing well.

I also hope you've all had a great start to SSP/SP2, or have properly rewarded yourselves for wrapping up SP/SSP1, or simply enjoyed a well-earned break from study!

This is a quick email to let you know that we've now scheduled the fourth session of the LARIS Talk Series: From Study to Profession, and I wanted to share the details in case you would like to join us or share the event with your networks:

What: Translating your transferrable skills and studies into a high-impact resume
When: 26 June 2026, 10-11am (Perth time)
Where: online (registration required)

The LARIS Talk Series is aimed at Information Studies students (that's you!), recent graduates, and early-career information professionals, with a focus on career development. This fourth session will explore how we tell the story of who we are as professionals through our resumes, particularly when we feel we don't yet have enough experience to tell that story (because we've been busy studying!).
