The next online LARIS Talk Series is exploring how professional identity takes shape over time through the work we do, the decisions we make, and what we come to stand for in practice.  Guest speakers will share honest reflections on what drew them to the profession, what sustains them, and how they hold on to what matters across libraries, archives, and records workplaces.
