[MCASIlaris] ALIA grant for students enrolled in the Masters course

Dear Students

The Charlotte Henry study grant honours the memory of Charlote Henry, her commitment to public libraries, and her focus on research.

Applications close 21 August.

This annual grant of up to $5000 is to enable a student to achieve more than they might otherwise be able to, by providing a financial contribution towards their study while also enabling them to make a tangible impact on public libraries.  The overall purpose of the grant is to make a positive impact on the public library sector. Priority will be given to a student intending to make their career in public libraries.
The grant is available to students who are Australian residents and current ALIA Members (including Student Members). Applicants must be currently studying an ALIA accredited Masters qualification.

Additionally, applicants should have successfully completed a minimum of two subjects towards the Library and Information Services (LIS) Masters' qualification and have completed one academic calendar year's duration of study (either in a full or part time capacity).
