Subject: [WAIN] Job opportunity: Part Time Digitisation Officer - Digitisation Centre of WA, UWA Crawley Campus and SLWA
Dear colleagues,
The Digitisation Centre of WA (DCWA) is a facility with state-of-art equipment providing archival digitisation services to collecting organisations and individuals in WA. It stemmed from a collaboration among the five universities in WA, WA Museum and the State Library of WA under an ARC LIEF project, and now we also offer fee-for-service to a wide range of organisations including local governments, community non-profit organisations and Indigenous cultural centres.
We have two vacancies in the team now and we welcome anyone who is interested in cultural heritage digitisation and working in the GLAM sector to apply. You can find out more about this role and how to apply here:
https://external.jobs.uwa.edu.au/cw/en/job/520027?lApplicationSubSourceID=. Closing date: 11:55 PM AWST on Thursday, 17 April 2025
If you would like to know more about the opportunities and the services that the DCWA provides, please feel free to contact me at janet.luk at uwa.edu.au<mailto:janet.luk at uwa.edu.au>.
Best regards,
Janet
