Seeking experienced and enthusiastic information management professional, for a 12 month fixed term role at the Department of Justice, working within the Knowledge, Information & Technology Directorate:

Information Management Support Officer
Corporate Services
Salary: Level 2, PS CSA Agreement 2022, $70,432 - $75,516 per annum
Position numbers: 022490
Work type:  Fixed Term - Full Time
Location: Gordon Stephenson House - 140 William Street Perth

This temporary role is available for up to 12 months, commencing immediately.

The role includes:


*                 Records Creation (including electronic and paper files).

*                 Locating and preparing youth detainee and detention centre records for scanning.

*                 Scanning and indexing of hard copy youth detainee and detention centre records into the Department's records management system.

*                 General information management activities including scanning, indexing and quality assurance of scanned documents, storage, retrieval, disposal and general maintenance.

*                 Assist with processing information retrieval requests.
*                 Other duties as in the Job Description Form attached.

AND

Information Release Support Officer
Corporate Services
Salary: Level 3, PS CSA Agreement 2022, $79,156 - $84,977 per annum
Position numbers: 022489
Work type:  Fixed Term - Full Time
Location: Gordon Stephenson House - 140 William Street Perth

This temporary role is available for up to 12 months, commencing immediately.

The role includes:


*                 Provides a professional level of administrative support.

*                 Maintains an accurate and effective tracking and recording system.

*                 Assists with the investigation, research and responses to requests for information.

*                 Prepares briefings and draft replies to correspondence on information release and litigation matters.

*                 Undertakes document and information searches.
*                 Other duties as in the Job Description Form attached.
