Hello everyone,



In addition to my previous advertisement, we are seeking a graduate, or student who is in the latter part of their studies in IM, for a potential short term vacancy at the Department of Justice, working within the Operational Records business area, primarily in the Offender Records team:



  1.  Assistant Information Management Officer

Corporate Services

Salary: Level 1, PSGO CSA GA, $52,930 - $61,376 per annum

Position number: 021092

Work type:  Fixed Term – Part time

Location: Gordon Stephenson House – 140 William Street Perth



This temporary role starts ASAP until the end of the year. We are looking for someone to work 15hrs a week, preferably as two 7.5hr days.



Role includes:

•              Prepares, scans and indexes offender records and conducts quality assurance and quality improvement on scanned/indexed documents.

•              Assists in file receipt, storage, retrieval, disposal and general maintenance.

•              Assisting with mail management; processing documents, offender records and correspondence

•              Attending to general enquiries and record requests for clients.

•              Entering data on HPE Content Manager and / or other Departmental systems as appropriate

•              Other duties as directed.
