Dear recent or new graduates

Unexpectedly, we have a short term Librarian vacancy coming up to start ASAP, for 6 weeks in total with a slight possibility for extension.
We are looking for someone for up to 30 hours per week on a casual Librarian contract.

×          The duties are as a Subject Librarian at Level 5/6 casual rate of $43.52 per hour at Murdoch Campus Library, 90 South Street for a face to face role.
×          We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive recent or new graduate who can work well in a team, rather than looking for specific experience.
×          The successful candidate will be dealing with enquiries from clients and liaising with staff from some of the Business disciplines, undertaking some collection development and helping to create digital literacy self-help material.
×          This is a good opportunity to add some experience to your CV and try out working in the academic library environment. Full training will be given.
