Hello everyone,
We are seeking a suitably experienced and enthusiastic information management professional, for a short term vacancy at the Department of Justice, working within the Operational Information Management business area:
Information Management Support Officer
Corporate Services
Salary: Level 2, PS CSA Agreement 2019, $63,172 - $68,256 per annum
Position number: 006902
Work type: Fixed Term - Full Time
Location: Gordon Stephenson House - 140 William Street Perth
Closing date: 4.30pm on 20/01/2021
This is a fixed term role available for a period of up to six months while the substantive occupant is acting in another position.
The role:
* Assists clients with administrative records creation, in accordance with the Department's BCS, policies and procedures.
* Assists with inactive records, sentencing and appraisal.
* Assists in file receipt, storage, retrieval, disposal and general maintenance.
* Assists with mail management; processing documents and correspondence; general information management and the provision of administrative and clerical functions.
* Digitises hard copy records into the Department's EDRMS.
* Attends to general enquiries and record requests for clients.
* Enters data on HPE Content Manager and / or other Departmental systems as appropriate.
* Other duties as directed.
