Hi,

The organisers of this event sent some information to pass on to students.

It looks like a very worthwhile way to meet others in the profession and learn at the same time. I would recommend that students in Tasmania try to get to this one.

A networking event for emerging professionals in the art and heritage sector has been organised by AMaGA and the Maritime Museum of Tasmania. This event will give students of Library Studies, Archives and Information Management that are based in Tasmania an opportunity to meet established professionals working in the field.

The event will take place at 6pm on Thursday 18th April at the Maritime Museum of Tasmania in Hobart. To register for the event go to the eventbrite link herehttps://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/heritage-community-networking-event-tickets-59484148690?fbclid=IwAR3gVDCYN16ZallpbjPsjC4Mepa02zwASVge7syyu1NjE9tAsOX4FIYRRL8
