Team Leader - Library
The City of Canning has an exciting opportunity for a customer focused and innovative leader to join us as Team Leader at our Cannington Library on a permanent, full time basis.
The role reports to the Leader Learning Hub Operations and will be responsible for guiding the daily operations of the Cannington Library. The successful applicant will be joining the City of Canning at an exciting time for our libraries as we work to modernise our spaces, and they will have the opportunity to work closely with the Leaders of other libraries within the City and provide innovative ideas for improvement, while ensuring the day to day operations of the library.

*                     19 Day Month

*                     Vehicle for business and commuting use

*                     $77,090 - $86,435 per annum + 10.5% super

Applicants will have significant experience in providing customer service in a community development or library context, combined with eligibility for ALIA Association or Allied Membership. The right applicant for the role will have experience in supervising and guiding staff through times of change and bring innovative ideas and experience in developing partnerships with community groups. They will enjoy working in a team setting; have good project management aptitude and an excellent work ethic.
