[Hum-DIS] CURTIS Stress Less BBQ - this Sunday

Good morning Information Studies students!

The CURTIS Committee are pleased to put together an informal event to
celebrate (or commiserate) the first month of the semester and to provide a
socialising opportunity for all information studies students.  This is a
chance for you to de-stress and have a chat with people who are going
through the same things you are, with no need to worry about a formal
networking scenario.  If you have never attended something industry related
socially as yet, this type of event is the best place to start!  Come join
CURTIS and meet some new people!!  This is about helping each other achieve
our study goals!!  It is also a great casual event where you can bring as
much or as little 'stuff' as you like - family members, BBQ supplies, food
and drinks - it's all up to you!!

WHERE: Heathcote Reserve, 56 Duncraig Road, Applecross
WHEN: This Sunday, the 25th of March 2018 from 11am onwards (although we
plan to be all wrapped up by 2pm)

Heathcote reserve is best accessed by car but there are plenty of car
parks.  There are also BBQ facilities and a coffee shop (for those of us
who just want to rock up without having to pack our own stuff!), a
playground and some beautiful scenic views!!
