The role details are below and it would suit postgrad students in the GDIP RMA or those with an interest in RM in our courses.
There are opportunities to work with the Kodak scanning systems to digitise the paper records. Familiarity sentencing records using retention schedules would be advantageous.

Thank you for your phone call.

Further to our discussion the project we require staff for is for:


  1.  Up to 10 staff working almost full time hours
  2.  Work to be completed on clients site located in the City of Perth
  3.  Identifying documents with clients staff that will need to be kept, destroyed, scanned and uploaded in internal system.
  4.  They will be required to use Retention Manual
  5.  Scanning abilities
  6.  Indexing
  7.  OCR application
  8.  Actions will be process driven
  9.  Staff must be able to follow processes


I don’t have all the other details re: hourly rates and daily hours etc.… that will be discussed at interview.

If you could  post an ad in your internal system, that would be great.
