Hi Pauline,

Please let me know if you have anyone suitable that might be interested and available :)

We are currently requiring 2 Level 1 records Officers on short term contracts in our Central medical records branch which is located at Hakea Prison in Canning Vale

Role would include:


  *   Carrying out imaging tasks and the document migration processes to TRIM (records management system) and EcHO (Electronic Medical Record keeping system)
  *   Preparing medical records for scanning.
  *   Scanning and indexing of medical records.
  *   Quality assurance for scanned/indexed documents
  *   Assisting with mail management
  *   Providing customer support as directed by supervisors.
  *   Receives files and maintains medical records.
  *   Arranges the transfer-in and transfer-out of medical records from and to other health centres, maintains computerised medical record tracking system and liaises with Central Medical Records as required.
  *   Prepares medical records for clinics.
  *   Scanning and registering correspondence and documentation as required.
  *   Entering data on TRIM and / or other Departmental systems as appropriate.
  *   Assisting in processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail.
  *   Assisting in file receipt, storage, retrieval, disposal and general maintenance.
