RECORDS ADMINISTRATOR

Wannon Water is seeking a suitably experienced and skilled applicant for the temporary full time position of Records Administrator up to January 25, 2018.

 The successful applicant will be required to assist in maintaining and organising Wannon Water's electronic records management system, undertake daily mail requirements including the registration of faxes, emails and documents and participate in special project work as required.

 Applicants with knowledge and experience in corporate records management together with excellent written and oral communication skills will find this role in our Knowledge Services team challenging and rewarding.  Current experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications is required.

 Salary range for this position is $51,589.30 to $55,976.11 p.a. (Band 4) plus 9.50% superannuation, depending on the successful applicant's skills and experience. Hours of duty are Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 5:00 pm with a forty five minute meal break.  Flexibility in working hours to meet family commitments can be considered for the right applicant
