Subject: [rimp_list] PERTH: Vacancy - IM Coordinator

The City of Perth is currently advertising for an Information Management Coordinator.

This role oversees and directs all activities across Records Operations and Information Management Business Support.

The position provides leadership for the City in relation to the management of knowledge and information across diverse systems to all employees, ensuring the City operates in the most effective and efficient manner.  This includes maintaining the policies, processes and administration of information in corporate systems, particularly SharePoint and HP Records Manager.

The position is responsible for building processes based on lean, human centred designs that focus on efficiency through digital workflows and automation but also meet the compliance requirements for local government.
