The below role (permanent) has recently been advertised within the Finance and Knowledge Management Branch at NSW Department of Industry:

Role Title: Training & Access Officer
Level: Clerk Grade 3/4
Package: Includes salary ($67,248 to $73,635) plus employer's contribution to superannuation
Location: Parramatta
Closing Date: Friday 8 February 2017 - 11:55pm

The role will:


·         provide support and advice to staff in business units from across the department that  is in line with relevant records and information management guidelines, policies and legislative requirements

·         provide one-on-one mentorship in the use of the department's records and information management systems (including HP Records Manager)

·         support the development and maintenance of online learning materials along with documented procedures and guidelines that support the department's records and information framework

·         support requests (as required) for access to records and information, including those made under theGovernment Information (Public Access) Act 2009 (NSW) (GIPA)
