Team Leader Community Connections and Learning

Permanent full time
Salary range $66 656 to $79 520 p.a. + super
Do you have experience leading and developing community programs and events?
Do you love facilitating creative spaces for partnerships and connection?
Can you lead a team to deliver innovative opportunities for community to learn, create and share knowledge?
The City of Fremantle is seeking a motivated person to lead the delivery of programs, events and community learning opportunities to encourage community capacity building and engagement. The position will be responsible for staff supervision, building community connections, collaborations and partnerships and leading the provision of programs and events.  After hours and weekend work will be required at times.
You will have excellent knowledge of community and cultural development principles, extensive experience in the development and marketing of community programs, substantial experience in a team leader role, experience developing partnerships with community groups and other providers, and tertiary qualifications in Librarianship, Community Development or equivalent.
