Dear Professor Genoni

I'm contacting all of the Information Studies schools to spread the word about an upcoming conference which students with an interest in the performing arts may like to attend.  IAML Australia (International Association of Music Libraries, Archives & Documentation Centres, Australia Branch) is hosting its annual conference on 1-2 October here in Sydney.  It's a fantastic, and rare, opportunity for anyone who thinks they may enjoy a career in a music & performing arts library setting, or even a public library setting, to network with professionals and find out more about this specialist field.  The student registration fee for the 2 days is only $60 including lunch.  I appreciate for those in WA travel costs may be more difficult to cover but often bursary's or other funding can be found.

If you think this might be of interest to any of your students then please do share the information.
