Document and Records Management Coordinator (part-time)
Department of Agriculture and Food WA
We are looking for someone to be responsible for the effective and
efficient management of corporate information across our department. If
you have previous experience in records management including developing
record keeping plans and managing Freedom of Information (FOI) requests,
this may be the job for you.
This position is part time (job share) at 45 hours per fortnight - an
ideal opportunity to achieve a balance between your work and family life
or personal interests! In this role you will ensure our department meets
its legislative requirements for document and records management.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing advice to customers and team members relating to records
management and the corporate document management system;
Managing staff workloads and duties in the Document and Records
Management team; and
Managing budgets and human resources matters within the team.
You will work closely with members of the Information Branch to develop
innovative information management solutions.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated knowledge of relevant
Acts, regulations and government policies that govern and control
government record keeping.
