Victoria Park Library has a vacancy for a part time customer service officer. Please note we will also be seeking to employ some additional casual staff from received applications.




CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER – LIBRARY (PART-TIME)

We currently have a part-time Customer Service Officer position available, working a minimum of 5 hours per fortnight on alternate Saturday afternoons.

The successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills, the ability to work in a team and are proficient with computers. You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills and an enthusiastic and proactive approach towards your work. Previous experience in a public library will be highly regarded.

Benefits:

 Salary range of $47,976 - $52,254 (pro rata)

 5 weeks annual leave (pro rata)

 Up to 15.25% Council superannuation contribution

 Free use of gym and aquatic facilities (conditions apply)

 Ongoing training and development
