Loretta Kelly of the Melbourne Library Service says:

Melbourne Library Service is hosting a free networking event for students who are completing Library or Information Services courses online on the 10th of October.

The event is being organised by MLS and Charles Sturt University but is open for students from all institutions studying at any level (TAFE or University) if they are studying through distance education or online.  The aim of the event is to help these students make contacts face to face.

There will be a panel of speakers – including graduates of online study now working in the Industry.  We are also providing nibbles and wine (and other non-alcoholic drinks).

I am attaching a flyer about the event and would appreciate it if you can send this out to your online students based in Victoria.
