[Hum-DIS] Librarianship student position offered 15hrs pw in School of Built Environment Resource Centre

This looks like a great opportunity if you want to gain some experience and some cash to support your studies. I am happy to chat with anyone about preparing their application or to give other support.

The School of Built Environment Resource Centre, Building 201, Level 3, room 325, is looking for a 2nd or 3rd year Librarian student to work 15 hours per week (3 hours per day, if possible) in our Resource Centre.  We are open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Duties would include shelving and shelf maintenance of books and journals, loans and returns, and assisting students with photocopying and printing.

We are looking for someone able to multi-task, with good people skills and willing to assist with student queries.

Casual hourly pay rates at level 1.1 ($26ph) will be paid.

To start ASAP, preferably prior to Orientation week, so some training and orientation can be given.
