Hi everybody,

As you might remember, a few weeks ago I was looking for experienced
West Australian managers and recruiters to volunteer and help review
resumes from new graduate LIS professionals.

The response has been fantastic, so I'm happy to announce that we're
ready to accept resumes! Incidentally, if you think you could help us
out by being a reviewer, please don't hesitate to get in touch with
me.


What do you need to do to get your resume reviewed?

1. Make sure that your resume is up-to-date, laid out clearly and free
from spelling or grammatical errors. Consider using one of the many
free Word templates to structure your resume.

2. Email me (matthias.liffers at gmail.com) a copy of your resume in Word
format, so that the reviewers are able to add comments to the document
itself.

3. Tell me which sector (e.g. academic, health, public) you would most
like to work in; this will allow me to send your resume to a reviewer
with experience in that sector.

4. Wait patiently for your generous reviewer to work through your
resume and return it.
