Within this role you will be responsible for assisting with the implementation of Challenger's Digital Learning Framework by providing end-user administrative and maintenance support to staff and students in the use of e-learning management systems and technologies. You will also undertake duties associated with operating and maintaining library and information services and systems, assisting clients to use the Learning Resource Centre (LRC) resources and facilities and undertake reference enquiries, conduct orientation programs, and provide information literacy education.
