> The Records and Archives Officer will work as part of a small team and will undertake a variety of records management tasks including file creation, preservation, storage, archival, retrieval, census, sentencing and disposal, using the agency’s TRIM Context eDRMS.

> Notable skill sets required for this position include:
> ·         Good knowledge of current records management principles and practices, including knowledge of Public Records Office of Victoria (PROV) standards.
> ·         Proven experience in records management activities including, but not limited to, record creation, storage, retrieval, Record Disposal Authorities, census, sentencing and disposal
> ·         Experience using TRIM Context, or similar electronic document and records management system (eDRMS).
