The first presentation of the morning will discuss:
    * Thinking outside the EDRMS box
    * Prioritising information - quality not quantity
    * Information Governance - the foundation for integration and
streamlining information assets

The rise of social media and mobile technologies along with increased
demands for on-demand accurate information requires a new approach to
managing information.

The business challenge is to present an integrated view of information
in diverse formats, across multiple content repositories that are
aligned to business processes.

Our presenter, Kelly Mannix of Deloitte, will focus on strategies for
determining high value information assets and aligning them to key
business processes for on demand access.

Successfully addressing this business challenge is more than about using
traditional ECM technologies such as an EDRMS or email archiving, it
requires innovation and creativity to understand how emerging
technologies can be used to collect and distribute information across
the organisation.

The second presentation will be a Case Study in "Effective Content
Management"

Graham Pullen & Ian Poulton of Open Text will present a customer case
study, showing how the use of emerging ECM solutions can help solve
critical business issues.
   * Customer's business challenges
   * Solution using Open Text
   * Benefits realised

The session will also include a demonstration.
