[Hum-DIS] Info Studies Alumni Quiz Night 2010

Dear students

 

We would like to thank all who came and helped make last night's Quiz
night such a friendly and successful evening.  We tried the Uniting
Church Hall in South Perth ( because the other one in Vic  Park is no
longer available) and it is very nice.  The only 2 drawbacks that we can
see are (a) the hall costs more and (b) the parking is not that good in
the area.  Having said that:   Paul Genoni did a great job on the
questions and quiz mastering, and did tell one funny joke.  And many
thanks also to the many of you who donated prizes for the evening.

 

The final tally will  certainly make an appreciable contribution to our
Information Studies Alumni  Scholarship fund.
