Are you an experienced Records Supervisor with knowledge and experience of
TRIM Context looking to bring your skills to a high-calibre records team?
Managing a small team, you will oversee the operations of one of our
Corporate Records sections. You will have a strong customer focus and
provide records management advice and services to internal clients.
Selection Criteria
-------------------
To be eligible to apply for this role you must have:
* Experience in successfully managing a records team
* Advanced working knowledge and experience with TRIM Context
* Advanced knowledge of records management procedures
* Excellent communication and organisation skills to co-ordinate team
operations
* Superior customer focus and high attention to detail
Experience with the maintenance of business classification schemes is highly
desirable. Experience in monitoring TRIM performance through a Quality
Assurance program is also highly desirable. Relevant qualifications in
information management would be highly regarded.
An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information is essential.
A normal range of stretching, bending and lifting is required in this role.
