As discussed I have a good opportunity for a Student/graduate or
suitable person with records background that is well versed and
understands the importance of RM

 

We are doing a small / medium size project for a Major Bank in Perth CBD
where we are required to convert and index approx 2500 file covers from
Four Drawer Filing to our lateral "Kolor Kode" filing system  Check out

*	At this stage we only need 1 - 2 people that can work without
supervision on site in Perth CBD (St Georges Tce) (Can catch Train /
Bus)
*	Flexible working hours, however I will need appox 20 - 30 hours
a week 
*	Expected project time 2 - 3 weeks
*	The client will provide a desk, computer, Printer and
comfortable working environment to do the work
*	We (Castledex / Dexion) will provide all the files, labels,
clips and the indexing method to convert files over while on site
*	The successful candidate will have to have excellent Excel and
printing in File label experience 
*	There will be a requirement to manipulate data in Excel based on
the information provided by the client
*	Salary will be Approx $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (negotiable based
on experience and candidate) 
*	Will require someone in the next week to start
*	I will be dropping in on the project every couple days to see
how it's going
*	There will most likely be more work spin off from this project.
