Advisor

Knowledge and information is critical at Land Information New Zealand
and
this role is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to its ongoing
development and management. We are looking for a document management
superstar with a personality to match.

Working within a small team of knowledge and information management
experts, this role is responsible for ensuring the EDRMS meets the
current
and future needs of the business and is user friendly. Working across
the
organisation, you will identify areas of improvement and liaise with IT
to
ensure technical solutions meet business requirements. Your project
management skills will be drawn on as part of the ongoing development
and
maintenance cycle of the EDRMS system and as part of that, you will
recreate training to be straightforward, relevant and engaging. This
role
also provides ad hoc help desk type assistance to users and handles the
administrative side of document management.

Crucial to this role is the ability and experience to communicate and
influence across the wider business. You must also have a commitment to
providing great customer service in a confident and professional manner
.
Your background may be in knowledge and information management, business
analysis or process improvement and you will ideally have experience in
development and maintenance of an EDRMS system.

To apply for this position please visit our Hot Jobs at www.h2r.co.nz,
and
refer to vacancy number 13308. Applications close Friday 22 January. For
further information please contact Anita Jones on 04 4999 471. All
applications will be acknowledged by email. Please apply only if you
are
eligible to work in New Zealand.
