EDRMS (LiveLink) Data Coordinator

Salary: Approx A$81,800 (including Super & Bonus)
Shell Development (Australia) Pty Ltd (SDA) has substantial interests in
Australia's oil and gas industry, with a large and active exploration
program as well as development interests in a number of known oil and gas
fields. It has a one-sixth interest in the North West Shelf Venture as
well as equity interests in other developments including the Gorgon Joint
Venture (which recently took FID), the Browse Joint Venture and Sunrise
Joint Venture. Shell is also an Operator, and intends to develop its 100%
interest in the Prelude gas field, offshore Northwest Australia, using
Shell's innovative Floating Liquefied Natural Gas technology. It is also
active in the coal seam gas industry, with its proposed Shell Australia
LNG Project in Gladstone, Queensland.
An exciting opportunity for a Document Management specialist has arisen!
Responsibilities:
Livelink is our chosen Electronic Document Records Management System
(EDRMS) in Shell, and this role will be responsible for maintaining and
administering this system. You will successfully promote and encourage
LiveLink usage within the SDA community. You will expertly provide
technical support to the LiveLink users within Shell, as well as
conducting group training and assisting with specific team projects as and
when required. You will help the Document & Records Management Services
Lead with the implementation of new software and upgrades to the LiveLink
system and assist with Team projects as required. You will proactively
monitor and report on all aspects of the LiveLink system, and action all
requirements using the Group Taxonomy requirements.
Requirements:
You will have had significant previous experience administering a document
management system combined with a strong focus on customer service. You
will have excellent communication skills and be adept in engaging
stakeholders both face-to-face and remotely. You will have a keen eye for
detail and be flexible in order to ensure that all team tasks and targets
are met. You will exhibit initiative and have an on-going focus on
continuous improvement.
