Hi all,

The Department of Corrective Services (DCS) WA is embarking on a 3 year
project to implement the electronic document functionality of its
existing records management system, TRIM, at all its locations across
the state.  This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team
of information specialists delivering information solutions that improve
business efficiencies and meet our legislative requirements.

This team will be made up of the following four currently advertised
positions (fixed term):

EDRMS Project Manager (011320 ) 			Level 7
$95,301 - $102,144
EDRMS Business Analyst (011269 ) 			Level 5	$70,037
- $77,405
EDRMS Training Officer (011276) 			Level 5
$70,037 - $77,405
EDRMS Project Support Officer (011270) 		Level 2 	$48,730
- $52,916

A further three positions will be advertised early in the New Year, they
will be:
Disposal Officer 				Level 4	$62,959 - 66,538
Information Officer x 2			Level 2	$48,730 - $52,916

This team will form part of the Knowledge Management Directorate at DCS
within Corporate Support to assist with the provision of vital
information services both internally and internally and externally.
Knowledge Management is the custodian of Offender and Corporate records,
coordinating the release of information, administering the Freedom of
Information Act, ensuring data integrity and providing vital
communications via our Intranet and Website through Online Services.
