Hi Pauline

 

Corporate Information Services at DEC is currently looking for someone
to fill a Level 2 Indexing position for a few months and I wondered if
you could recommend anyone, who would be interested in taking on this
role in a temporary capacity.   

 

We're looking for someone who is a self-starter and a real team player.
They would need to fit into a team of 4 ladies who are overall quiet in
nature, very friendly and work well as a team.  The tasks of the role
include: indexing of documents, registering documents into Objective
EDRMS, file creation, file closure and applying R&D codes, and provision
of advice to clients.  The candidate should have a good grasp of keyword
AAA and also in using R&D schedules. However, training will be provided
in these tasks.

 

The job is full time (8-4 / 9-5) based at Kensington.  At this stage we
are looking for someone up to 31 December, although it's possible the
position will go on for a few months into the new year.

 

If you have anyone you would be prepared to put forward as a potential
candidate I'd like to have a chat with them.  We're looking for an
immediate start.
